Our client are currently looking for SC Cleared Technical Support Engineers to work for their reputable customer in Canary Wharf for an initial two months.
Scope of work:
* To provide initial technical support to recently migrated users who have left the Upgrade Centre and returned to their desks. Users will be identifiable via the Upgrade Flag (details to be confirmed)
* Troubleshoot technical issues experienced by the user (Mail, apps, PGP, etc)
* Any technical issues which are raised by the user are to be captured on the Incident Tracker (attached)
* Where an issue cannot be resolved, the Floorwalker should report the issue back to the Lead Floorwalker after each Hourly Upgrade Clinic
* Update the Floor walking Schedule with the users that have been visited and report back after each hourly Upgrade Clinic
* Refer to the Known Issues Log (to be populated) when trouble-shooting issues
* Support VIP users
* RAS Tokens - assist user with any issues with their soft or hard token
Due to the nature and urgency of this post, candidates holding or who have held high level security clearance in the past are most welcome to apply. Please note successful applicants will be required to be security cleared prior to appointment which can take up to a minimum 10 weeks.
