I am currently recruiting on behalf of a well known and prestigious client in Germany, who is actively looking for an IT Coordinator (preferably a local German person) to join their team in their Lüdinghausen office.

Job Purpose / Summary

The IT Coordinator is responsible for supporting various project management initiatives, by coordinating with the subject matter expert in centralized Group IT, primarily with the implementation of IT systems as well as other nature of IT projects infrastructure, business applications development and Oracle ERP implementation by defining business processes around modules, and carrying business analysis such as gap analysis and business-process analysis.

Areas of Accountabilities (Main Responsibilities)

1 Coordinate with and leverage on Group IT Department capabilities to support IT initiatives for Key business units in Germany

1 Responsible for coordinating IT projects with respect to scope, time, cost, quality and risk

1 Identify, and communicate business needs to Group IT Collect business requirements and communicate it to the Group IT team properly

1 Responsible for addressing and responding to daily IT operational needs and activities as first line of support

1 Partner with business stakeholders and subject matter experts to fully understand the business needs in order to effectively gather and document business requirements

1 Evaluates requirements against existing business and system processes

1 Provide systems training to end users

1 Provide system and business Tier 1 support to users through group service desk

1 Works with the Implementation team to ensure that test plans, test scripts and test conditions are based on the business and system requirements

Job Requirements

Minimum Qualifications

* IT Background, General IT experience

Minimum Experience

* ERP oracle background, General IT experience, Young and energetic

Specific Job Skills

* Strong Communication, Presentation, ERP oracle background

Competencies (Knowledge, General Skills & Abilities)

* Fluent/native in German AND English, a person who already lives there and is aware of the culture
