The Marketing and Communications Officer (Digital Marketing Lead) will drive digital marketing for IT across the client. Internally - ensuring the right tone of voice, visuals and messaging to support the delivery of our services internally. Externally - leveraging key service provisions.

The ideal candidate will have the following experiences:

*Proven experience in the communications and marketing industry

*Experience of developing and delivering integrated, multi-channel marcomms campaigns

*An understanding of our specific target audience

*A genuine interest in digital technologies and the role IT plays in supporting education

*Ability to proactively lead, with the confidence to challenge where appropriate, to bring new ways of thinking

*Proven stakeholder management skills - working across a diverse range of stakeholders, with the ability to influence

*An up to date knowledge of the communications and marketing industry and a genuine interest in exploring new technologies

*A thorough understanding of design principles and experience of developing digital content

*An eye for detail, creative outlook and experience with digital design software

*Substantial experience in online copywriting and editing

*Experience in using digital marketing and social media tools
