Are you an Engineering Manager from a hands on Mechanical or Electrical background looking to join a market leading Manufacturer offer an autonomous role?

This is a great opportunity, for an experienced Electro-Mechanical Engineer who managerial experience to join a rapidly expanding company where you will be in full control of projects leading a team of test engineers.

This company manufacture and design a variety of power tools / Compressors / Generators, who have recently expanded their test department due to consistent year on year growth, making it a fantastic time to get on board and continue your career.

This role will suit an Engineering Manager from an Electrical or Mechanical background.

THE PERSON

·Engineering Manager from an Electrical / Mechanical / Electro-Mechanical background

·Experience in a management level role previously

·Hands on experience with Servicing / Testing / Commissioning / Maintaining Electrical or Mechanical equipment

·Either Electrically or Mechanically qualified

THE ROLE

·Full control of Product Development and existing product improvement projects

·Upskill and develop new and existing Engineers

·Testing Safety, Design and Performance of all products that are requested

·Compile fault reports and update product test methods
