Digital SoC Design Engineer - Bristol

Are you looking for your next challenge in Digital SoC Design? If so this is a superb opportunity to join one of the world's biggest names in Semiconductors looking at advanced security for the IoT market.

Based in Bristol, my client is expanding their world-class security hardware team, seeking a number of skilled Digital SoC Design Engineers at various levels of experience to join them focusing on a wide portfolio of consumer products, including camera IP and IoT devices. This is a 'greenfield' area hence offers opportunities to shape a whole new area of technology which hasn't been done before. You'll develop complex digital SoC design experience, working alongside highly experienced ASIC design experts on all areas of IP design, implementation and hardware test verification.

Requirements include..

· A University degree (BSc minimum) in Electronic Engineering or similar

· Several years' prior experience in ASIC block design

· RTL coding expertise (Verilog / SystemVerilog), and a strong knowledge of the digital frontend design and verification flow

· Prior experience of set top box / CPU architecture or security / cryptography would be an additional benefit

You'll be a good communicator, a strong problem-solver and a motivated team player. You might have just a few years' experience in industry, or a senior level Digital Design engineer; our client has opportunities for multiple engineers at various levels.
