Lead Oracle ETL Developer

£50K - £60K DOE + Plus excellent benefits

My client is seeking an experienced Oracle ETL Developer to join their growing Development team.

As a Technical Lead you'll be accountable for the design, build and testing of ETL in an enterprise data Warehouse. You must have strong experience of the data lifecycle in data Warehouses from acquisition through to mart presentation. We're looking for someone ambitious who enjoys discovering new technology that can help make banking even better. The business is embracing cloud / big data and looking for cloud advocates who have solid skills in traditional data Warehousing (Kimball etc.) and ideally knowledge/experience with cloud warehousing (e.g. AWS Redshift).

To succeed you'll need a passion for gaining insight from data (structured or unstructured), whether that be Warehouses, data lake, ODS, MI/BI/next gen Analytics. If you can support an Oracle Warehouse stack with a view to modernising and recommending solutions on our journey to Cloud adoption we'd love to hear from you.

Required skills/experience:

*Oracle 10g - 12c

*OWB 11.2

*PL/SQL

Desirable Skills;

*ODI (Oracle Data Integrator)

*AWS, Amazon Redshift, Open Source systems

*Agile/SCRUM, TFS, DevOps, Test Automation
