Spring's client based in Newcastle upon Tyne are looking for a Service Desk Analyst to join their specialist IT Support team.
This will be an initial 3 month contract and it will be paying up to £160 per day.
Key responsibilities -
- Provision of first remote line support, including but not limited to triage and appropriate troubleshooting, correct incident categorisation and resolution where possible.
- Utilise diagnostic utilities to aid with troubleshooting to achieve first time resolution
- Perform remote (and occasional onsite desktop support), including installing and upgrading of software and hardware components
Criteria -
- 1+ years experience within remote 1st line support.
- Exposure to either Dell, HP or Cisco
- Knowledge of ITIL processes (desirable)
