A fantastic opportunity has arisen with one of my consultancy clients who are looking for a Salesforce Engagement Manager who has proven experience within the Salesforce platform which includes managing a number of implementation projects, assigning team members to different projects and handling clients, vendors and senior management at board level.

Requirements:

* At least 4 years experience hands on Salesforce experience.

* Salesforce end to end implementation experience.

* Ability to take full responsibility of the full project life cycle - project delivery at a enterprise level.

* Build client relationships at a senior management level.

* Gathering business requirements.

* Plan and lead workshops.

* Keeping up to date with new Salesforce releases and changes.

* Ability to work within a Agile development environment.

A plus to have:

* Salesforce certification.

Soft skills:

* Great communication skills.

* Stakeholder management.

* Client facing skills from a consultancy background.
