Agile Project Manager - Scrum, Software Delivery

Location: Cardiff

Duration: Initial 3 Months

Key Responsibilities:

* To manage and problem solve within feature projects as a Scrum/Delivery Lead.

* Provide strong leadership to the change implementation team, creating a culture of ownership and accountability for identifying and initiating change that will improve processes, operating practices, and systems within the client's operational teams.

* Deliver all change with minimal impact to the business, colleagues, and customers

* Deliver change projects that positively impact customer and colleague satisfaction and support the Fraud Transaction Cycle ambitions

Essential Skills

* Ability to work on multi-disciplinary projects and balance multiple deadlines and priorities

* Proven ability to effectively manage within a complex/matrix organisation

* Ability to negotiate/influence at senior level on project scope/cost/time options in order to decide optimum way forward.

* Hands on/Technical experience with Software Delivery or Technology change

* Agile Scrum and Kanban experience

Desirable Skills

* Ability to make yourself understood when communicating large amounts of information to a broad range of readers and stakeholders.
