Software Test Analyst

An opportunity for a Software Test Analyst (Manual, Web Applications) has arisen to join this reputable, well-established and successful solutions provider based in Stevenage, Hertfordshire. The Test Analyst will be part of a fairly small, well-performing team; working with some instantly recognisable high-profile clients.

We are seeking a Test Analyst with good Manual experience used to test a variety of web-based applications, who can thrive working in an autonomous role within an Agile environment. Any Automation knowledge would be ideal (but is not essential) as we are keen to introduce this further to the team in the near future, therefore this is a fantastic opportunity for the Software Test Analyst to further develop their skills!

Responsibilities and Requirements for the Software Test Analyst:

* Experience of Manual testing web-based applications at various levels, including UAT, system and integration.

* Demonstrable experience in software testing, across the full testing lifecycle

* Able to plan test runs, create test cases as well as capture results accordingly

* Understanding of methodologies (ISEB/ISTQB certifications would be great)

* Great interpersonal and communications skills to be part of a driven, close knit team whilst liaising regularly with some very high-profile clients.

Salary: £30,000 - £45,000 (depending on experience)
