Technical Project Manager (Underfloor Heating)

Rare and exciting role on offer for a Technical Project Manager looking to join an industry leading company where you will manage projects from cradle to grave whilst having an opportunity to progress your career.

Do you have good experience within Underfloor Heating, Plumbing or Pipefitting? Are you looking for a varied role where you will design and manage projects from start to finish, provide quotes, estimations and be client facing?

This market leading, independently owned UK business specialise in the providing high quality, cost effect plastic pipe, fittings and heating products to a range of clients within the commercial and domestic sectors. They have consistently grown 30% year on year and have ambitious, exciting plans to continue this growth. They are now looking to recruit a Technical Project Manager to join their team.

In this role you will be required to manage projects from start to finish. You will oversee and lead the estimating, design, quotation and delivery to customers. You will occasionally be required to meet with customers to present technical solutions. This role represents variety where no two days are the same. As the business grows you will have the opportunity to build the department around you and really put your stamp on this role.

This role would therefore ideally suit an ambitious individual with experience of underfloor heating, plumbing or pipefitting who has strong commercial acumen and is looking to join a growing business where you can progress your career.

The Role:

* Technical Project Manager

* Managing projects from start to finish

* Design using AutoCAD

* Estimating and providing quotes to clients

* Technical Support

* Occasional travel to meet with clients

* £30,000 - £40,000 + Excellent Progression Opportunities + Benefits

The Person:

* Experienced within Underfloor Heating, Plumbing or Pipefitting

* Must be able to read mechanical layout drawings

* Must be able to provide quotes and estimates

* Must have good commercial acumen

* Good IT skills

* Live local to Chelmsford
