Currently, our client is progressing a number of exciting projects to help their customers access data in a highly sophisticated way. As such, they’re looking for a Test Analyst to join their team of innovators and game-changers.

Your Role 

As a Test Analyst, you’ll ensure that our client’s products are of the highest quality.  

Joining our client’s Test Community within the Engineering group, you will:  

- Design and implement automated and manual test suites 

- Manage and execute test outcomes that meet the requirements and ambitions of our client and their customers  

- Support effective Agile delivery  

- Work with customers and colleagues to understand requirements and develop acceptance criteria for functional and non-functional test activities 

- Participate in team estimation activities  

- Ensure best practice, continual improvements and appropriate standards are adhered to 

- Share test best practices and test tool evaluations to improve Agile team delivery within the group  

About You 

To join our client as a Test Analyst, you’ll need:  

- Strong experience with functional testing and great analytical skills  

- Previous experience of reviewing test outcomes and producing relevant documentation  

- Experience or knowledge of automated testing  

- A strong understanding of testing techniques and the use of appropriate test tools  

- A basic understanding of non-functional testing  

Knowledge or experience of the following would be an advantage: geospatial systems and technologies, developing software applications, Agile methodologies or software engineering best practice.
