JOB OVERVIEW

We have a fantastic new job opportunity for a Helpdesk / IT Service Desk Analyst / First Line Support Engineer that has good 1st line technical / trouble shooting skills.

Working as the Helpdesk / IT Service Desk Analyst / First Line Support Engineer you will you will service, maintain and assist in the upgrade / installation and general day to day support of the many systems that the Company use.

As the Helpdesk / IT Service Desk Analyst / First Line Support Engineer you will also assist the Australia and New Zealand Teams with any IT, Systems and Administration queries that they have. Working alongside the IT Manager, Level 2 Service Desk Analyst in NZ and Level 1 Service Desk Analyst in Australia, you will be responsible for all that is IT within the Company.

DUTIES

Your duties and responsibilities as the Helpdesk / IT Service Desk Analyst / First Line Support Engineer include:

                                                                                                     This role will be responsible for providing 1st level and assisting with 2nd level support, via the support portal and help desk system; this includes email, remote and phone support

                                                                                                     Managing tickets, reports and day to day documentation on their environments and key infrastructure

                                                                                                     At times if required, on-site delivery, deployment and support of technical infrastructure solutions across multiple sites, both onsite and remotely

                                                                                                     Use of your excellent problem solving and time management skills

                                                                                                     Stake holder liaison, communication and documentation

IDEAL CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

                                                                                                     Previous experience in a Technical Support role

                                                                                                     Experience and knowledge of Windows Server Operating Systems

                                                                                                     Experience and knowledge of Exchange and other Mail servers

                                                                                                     Experience and knowledge of Networking

                                                                                                     Familiarity with LAN/WAN environments

                                                                                                     Excellent Communication and Documentation skills

                                                                                                     A passion for Information Technology

                                                                                                     Ability to work within a team and autonomously when required
