Package: £60,000 - £70,000 per annum + package

The Opportunity

My client are looking for a Commercial Manager with a proven track record of delivering major new build projects. This is an exceptional company with a great reputation and they are looking for an ambitious individual to help drive their business forward in 2018.

Role

The role is to take the lead responsibility in developing a major new project in the heart of Manchester. The successful Commercial Manager will take ownership of a £45million new build residential development due to commence on site in Q1 2018. This is a 24 month scheme and is an incredible platform to showcase your skills as a Managing QS.

You will be leading a Commercial team and are expected to have experience mentoring and developing junior Surveyors.

The successful Commercial Manager must be technically sound and have extensive experience with JCT contracts.

Key Requirements:

As a Commercial Manager you will:

* Have UK based experienced leading and delivering high value projects

* Proven track record with National/International Main Contractors, working in the residential new build construction sector.

* Strong Contract Law knowledge, specifically JCT

* Educated to degree level or equivalent

* MRICS or working towards (desirable)
