Unicef ensures more of the world’s children are vaccinated, educated and protected than any other organisation. We have done more to influence laws and policies to help protect children than anyone else. We get things done. And we’re not going to stop until the world is a safe place for all our children.

Evidence and insight underpin everything we do. This is a key role managing the analytics function helping to build Unicef UK’s understanding of the world in which we operate. As Analysis Manager, you will ensure data drives our strategy, innovation and the decisions we continually make on a daily basis. You will champion and promote the strategic use of data analysis across the organisation and provide expertise in analytical best practice and methods. You will develop creative new analytics models across the media mix, ensuring it delivers timely and efficient insights.

To succeed in this role, you will have extensive experience of Excel, SQL and statistical packages (e.g. SPSS) with procedures relevant in a marketing context (e.g. regression, CHAID); of building models to predict customer behaviour, developing direct marketing and digital tests, conducting life time value analysis, measuring digital campaigns. You will also have experience of managing teams responsible for analytics.
