As Director of People and Culture your work will sit at the heart of our mission, developing organisation capability and culture aligned to the Group's vision, values and strategic objectives. Through leadership of the Resourcing and Development, HR, Health and Safety and Corporate Records workstreams, you will deliver our people and cultural change strategy to support our strategic ambitions. You will translate this strategy into sustainable plans and work with senior stakeholders to support them on all aspects of People and Culture.

You will have experience of delivering transformational change in a complex organisation and of strategic leadership across a multi-site environment. In addition to strong project management and communication skills, you will have delivered improved organisational performance through structural and cultural change.
