We are passionate about recruiting great people into our business and developing their talent. This year we have an exciting Graduate opportunity, we are looking for an Technical Support Engineer to join our team as part of our brand new Masters Apprenticeship Programme.

Day to day you will provide technical support for SAS software applications on multiple operating systems or platforms by applying knowledge of software usage, features, and functions. You will proactively communicate to clients across the globe on a daily basis solving complex SAS issues and advising how to most effectively use SAS software to ensure high customer satisfaction.

As a Technical Support Engineer you will routinely build knowledge of SAS language and programming skills along with sharing product knowledge to improve the quality and design of future software releases.

Training and development is a key factor with this role, you will gain accredited qualifications SAS through our onsite training centre alongside distance learning a Masters degree from a leading UK University.

,u>Minimum requirements:

- Degree in STEM related subject

- Achieved or on target to achieve a 2:1 or above

- Passionate about technology

- Curious, analytically minded and a natural problem solver who thrives finding solutions to complex issues

- Excellent communication/ presentation skills and capable of building strong relationships
