The Role
Due to our ever growing client portfolio, a position has opened in the technical team for an experienced and client focused individual. Your day to day duties will include supporting and optimising our multi-site infrastructure as well as well as dealing with customers on site and remotely.
The ideal candidate will be SLA aware, have solid project experience, be able to prioritise workload and work independently.
Key Responsibilities, but not limited to;
Windows Server 2012 & 2016 management (AD, Group Policy, DNS etc)
Hyper V
Microsoft Exchange 2013 & 2016
Network Switches
Veeam
SCOM, SCCM
Cisco Firewalls
VPNs
Datacentre Hardware and Storage management
Project planning, delivery and management
SQL
Key Attributes
Highly focussed on customer service
Proactive, resilient and resourceful
Willingness to work OOH and weekends from time to time
Interested in self-development and achieving certification in multiple technologies
Be able to communicate effectively and confidently with clients over the phone, in writing and face to face
Efficient in creating clear and well written documentation
