Zypha Technologies Ltd (Zypha) was initially incorporated as Telewise Communications Ltd in 2007 as a UK private limited company, changing its name in 2013 to coincide with the launch of our groundbreaking proof of concept service and a rigorous pre-launch testing programme.

The Role

Due to our ever growing client portfolio, a position has opened in the technical team for an experienced and client focused individual. Your day to day duties will include supporting and optimising our multi-site infrastructure as well as well as dealing with customers on site and remotely.

The ideal candidate will be SLA aware, have solid project experience, be able to prioritise workload and work independently.

Key Responsibilities, but not limited to;

Windows Server 2012 & 2016 management (AD, Group Policy, DNS etc)

Hyper V

Microsoft Exchange 2013 & 2016

Network Switches

Veeam

SCOM, SCCM

Cisco Firewalls

VPNs

Datacentre Hardware and Storage management

Project planning, delivery and management
