We are growing fast and looking for passionate and enthusiastic Lead /Senior Software Engineers to join our bright and talented team to lead and innovate by example working on exciting Client Products.

How We Work:

We work in an Agile Scrum environment adopting Continuous Integration and Delivery techniques throughout the delivery lifecycle. We are an ambassador on engineering best practices - advising Clients and our people on coding standards, Scrum, code refactoring, code performance, continuous integration and testing.

As a Lead/Senior Software Engineer at AND Digital you will design and develop compelling and commercially viable customer facing products across multiple digital and e-commerce channels: web, mobile, social, in-store.

The Tech:

As a Lead /Senior Software Engineers at AND Digital you will have strong .NET, C# development experience, coupled with a range of complementary backend tech, working in an agile environment. You will be working with most of the following:

- C#, ASP.NET MVC, WCF

- Visual Studio 2015/2017

- Agile - TDD/BDD

- Continuous Integration and Deployment

- Proficiency with version control software, Git, SVN, TFS

- Platforms - CMS, eCommerce,

- Databases - SQL Server 2014/16

Your Role:

It’s not all development of products! As a motivational mentor and coach you’ll inspire regular feedback, promote skills development on your project and in your Squad, champion positive relationships, build connections AND support open communication.

The Nitty gritty - working with our clients, you will be an authority in your domain, applying your experience and knowledge to influence them and your team. You will work with our clients onsite in a multi-skilled Agile delivery team to design, architect and develop digital and eCommerce products. You’ll adopt continuous integration and delivery techniques throughout the software development process and be involved in developing responsive websites across web and mobile.
