As part of a major re-structuring to support our global growth and exciting new product and programme plans, we are looking for a Senior Purchasing Sourcing Analyst to join us within our Programmes Purchasing team, who are linked with Chery Jaguar Land Rover (CJLR).

The team manages the interface between the Vehicle Line Architectures, Globalisation, Manufacturing and the Purchasing / STA community. They ensure New Model Programmes and global growth can derive maximum value and benefit from the Global Supplier Market Place Offering in terms of cost, quality, technology, and timing, and that these attributes are delivered to plan.

You'll play a key role in the delivery of the vehicle whole lifecycle plan and global growth and will also support the effective operational delivery, adherence, and improvement of the standardised production sourcing process to support delivery. You'll lead the coordination of the Chery Jaguar Land Rover (CJLR) "Localisation" requirements for China manufactured vehicles and drive stakeholder engagement and relationship management between teams to ensure continued alignment on sourcing.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

You'll be an expert in managing complex processes by utilising large data set and will confidently communicate with stakeholders of all levels. Driving improvement of core purchasing process, you'll need to show a consistent track record of delivering process improvements within your previous positions. Ideally you'll be professionally qualified (Degree, MCIPS or Professional Programme Management) with a proven track record in a Purchasing, Programme or complex business environment.

With strong time management and organisational skills, you'll have the ability to deliver high-quality work to tight deadlines. Able to deliver against business targets, you'll have the ability to identify and support delivery of improvements in the future analytical capability. Along with strong Excel skills, you'll also have a strong attention to detail, a proactive attitude, and the ability to be assertive in challenging others when required.

Fluency in Mandarin would be beneficial, but not essential.
