Dialogue by Design (part of OPM Group) is the UK’s leading provider of digital consultation and engagement services. We help organisations engage with citizens through our online engagement platform, and turn that engagement into insights via our in house analysis tool. We are looking for software developers to help us get the next generation of civic tech off the ground and into action. It’s a great opportunity for a mid-level developer looking to make a real contribution to a complete reimagining of a product.
The Web Developer will be part of a new product development team. The developer will be involved in the full development stack from design to publishing and maintenance. This is a green field development that will exploit the latest technologies and frameworks (where appropriate) providing the post holder the opportunity to start at the beginning. The role will include the development of engaging and functional user interfaces and efficient and scalable back end services. Involvement in all aspects of the software development cycle, various environments (development, staging and production) and production and improvement of the policies, procedures and practises, are expected to be taken on by the post holder.
This post will suite an experienced web developer that wants to be involved and take ownership of all aspects of a green field product development.
