CCIE Network Team Lead -Competative Salary - Outskirts of BirminghamMy client, a telecommunications company based on the outskirts of Birmingham are seeking a Lead Network Architect to join their team. You will be seen as a senior member of the business and eexperience leading or mentoring a team is an advantage.Accountabilities:

'€¢Testing of devices/products from new and existing vendors to be deployed as part of customer solutions (LAN/WAN/Wifi/Security)'€¢Testing and acceptance of new standard design principles and solutions to be deployed to customers (LAN/WAN/Wifi/Security)'€¢Mentor and deliver training for colleagues and other technical teams'€¢Working directly on customer sites with customers'€¢Supporting as a technical escalation to resolve problems and find solutions to technical issues that arise by other team members '€¢Working with Pre-sales, Build and Core teams to identify and define new products and services

And as part of an approval board to approve bespoke solutions outside of standard design practiceThe ideal candidate will have:

'€¢5+ years' experience in a network environment, designing, implementing or supporting complex networks utilising LAN, Wifi and Security products'€¢Minimum CCNP or equivalent qualification'€¢CCDP or equivalent design certification an advantage'€¢Enthusiastic, energetic & self-motivated

'€¢Great communication skills

'€¢Familiarity with ISO27001, CESG CAS(T) or PCI Compliance an advantage
