We have an exciting opportunity for 2 x Business Analysts to join our Business Systems Team.

Main responsibilities:

                               Assist with capturing business requirements

                               Mapping and improving business processes

                               Preparing requirement specifications, as well as organising and facilitating testing for the implementation of new or enhanced business software

                               Assisting with the design and implementation of workflow and other business efficiencies

                               Translating the business needs into a clear requirement for the developers

We’re looking for people with lots of enthusiasm, who are customer focused, with strong communication and leadership skills, highly adaptable, have good problem solving abilities and the ability to work effectively and diligently on multiple projects.

Experience within the Housing sector will be a benefit but is not essential. Your capabilities and competencies will be just as important as your previous experiences, together with your ability to demonstrate your successes in previous job roles.
