IT Change Manager/ Central Government/ ServiceNow/ Agile/ DevOps/ London/ Contract

My client, a leading Central Government organisation, are looking for an IT Change Manager to join their expanding team based in London. This is an initial 6 month contract, paying up to £500 per day.

IT Change Manager be responsible for production of policy, processes, procedures, working practices and supporting guidance to promote effective Change Management from concept to execution and review. Planning, managing and monitoring the implementation of changes, including impact assessment, resource analysis, conflict resolution and contingency planning.

IT Change Manager will be highly experienced in methods and techniques for risk management, business impact analysis, counter-measures and contingency arrangements, particularly relating to the serious disruption of business services.

ServiceNow, Agile culture, continuous improvement, incorporating Change process in a DevOps Cloud culture are all key.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

* Experience in delivering change management in Central Government- highly desirable.

* Experience of designing and delivering change management with proven results

* Experience of working on an Agile delivery Project or Programme

* Experience with either ServiceNow, Agile or incorporating Change process in a DevOps Cloud culture- essential.
