The eLearning Developer & Project Manager performs a pivotal role that is both specialist and generalist. The specialist elements are focused on the technical build and project management of eLearning/digital projects (including mobile formats). In addition the role shares responsibility with other team members for generalist functions such as client and account management. You will work closely with the full Learning Communications team - Account Executives, Account Managers, Senior Account Managers, Account Directors and may ultimately be accountable to the Business Director.

You will take day-to-day responsibility for supporting the wider team on sold Client work, working with internal resource, such as Studio/Digital/Programme Management and supporting the wider team to propose innovative digital solutions for clients.

You will build your personal presence and confidence to establish credibility with the client and internal departments. This requires a friendly, outgoing yet robust personality.

You will typically have at least 2 years of experience developing and project managing eLearning/digital deliverables.
