About the role:

We're looking for an experienced Pega Lead Systems Architect, with strong solution, architectural and technical foundation to assist our team in delivering key implementation projects into some of Australasia's industry leading businesses and to assist in the evolution of our Pega practice.

In this role you will be involved in the Design, Build and Delivery of solutions using Pega PRPC for some of our businesses Premier customers.

The successful candidate will be self-motivated, with the ability to prioritize, meet deadlines and manage changing priorities. You will also be well versed in communicating clearly to peers, business analysts and with our customer's subject matter experts and decision makers.

Desired skills and experience:

A minimum of five years of Pega experience is required

Possess CSA and CSSA certifications and LSA Part-1 certification in Pega

Should be a Certified Lead System Architect with LSA Part-II certification

Possess detailed understanding of the Pega Platform Architecture, Tools and Frameworks

Should Lead Inception and Design workshops through DCO and other Pega tools

Ability to lead the Business Requirements Gathering, Design Solutions and to Derive Estimates for Pega Implementations

Should be able to Propose Solutions in Pega to fit the users requirements along with Enterprise Reuse and Framework Implementations

Ability to identify the Risks and Dependencies for the solution during Project Execution

Should have excellent Technical skills in Pega Case Management, Decisioning and Integration capabilities

Experience in delivering at least two End to End project implementations using the Pega7 Platform with in depth knowledge and involvement in the solution design and process

Ability to understand the external applications and Integration Components (RDBMS, REST, SOAP, etc) and implement solutions

Recommend reusable components and process improvement options with in the SDLC

Ability to handle Non-Functional Requirements and provide suitable solutions for Performance, Integrations, Security Requirements etc

Ability to lead the team and to effectively share knowledge and expertise with team members

Excellent verbal and written English with confidence and experience in presenting to business SMEs and stake holders

Ability to foster collaborative partnerships with key stakeholders and user groups

Provides assistance and advice to business users in the effective use of applications

Experience in the following would be an advantage:

Banking Domain Knowledge

Government Domain Knowledge
