Shropshire Council is looking to recruit an experienced Change / Test Manager to support the Council by providing advice and support on matters related to IT Change and Testing. You will be expected to bring proven experience implementing and managing Change and Test systems and to lead on ICT related projects and to directly support the other members of the ICT team.

The role is based within the Council ICT team and provides support to internal and external customers. You will need to be an ICT professional, very experienced in delivering excellent customer services. Being able to communicate effectively and clearly at all levels is essential.

This position is fixed term for 12 months to relieve pressure on the current team and assist with releasing resources to support a major ICT programme of works over the year.
