We are looking for someone who will be the first point of contact for all giffgaffers` IT support needs helping them with technical issues and empowering them with training.

You will be able to quickly diagnose and fix a variety of laptop / desktop, hardware and software issues and you will be well versed in Windows, Mac OS X (Linux an advantage) and all things Microsoft Office 365.

You will also be able to learn new systems quickly and train new hires on those systems.

You must be flexible and able to multitask often juggling several activities at once.

The giffgaff IT Support Analyst needs to be proactive and must want to be successful. giffgaff is an amazing business if you really want to take responsibility and grow as the business grows. The business was set up as a community centred business and you will get great rewards if you take the initiative, work with the teams and seize the opportunity. Conversely if you like being in a comfort zone or some level of repetition then this role is not for you.

We`re looking for someone who is an energetic self-starter, excited about the opportunity to be a part of our vibrant giffgaff business with the following skills and qualities:

-Good working knowledge of Windows, Mac OS X and Linux an advantage.

-General network connectivity awareness, ability to diagnose basic faults.

-Familiar with ITIL.

-Experience with VPN / remote access.

-Able to converse with the business in a jargon free manner.
