You’ll make sure our customers get the services they need

This role will see you driving improvements at the heart of our Secure Global Services group - a complex and diverse business that delivers critical work on a global scale. You’ll take overall responsibility for service operations within the Service Management Team, focusing on IT and telecommunications. Keeping in ongoing contact with our global customer base, you’ll act as gatekeeper for their issues, manage any problems, and then work with our suppliers to ensure they are resolved. You’ll help us build for the future too, by handling change control and ensuring new services and products are integrated seamlessly into the business.

Like us, you have the tools to deliver

A strong communicator and relationship builder, you’re comfortable speaking to customers on a daily basis. You’re proactive and delivery focused, with a background in incident and problem management, ideally gained in a Service Manager role or Help Desk environment. You’re an IT expert too, with a broad technical knowledge and a strong command of common Service Management practices.
