About the Role:

- As a leading ecommerce retailer you will help to ensure our websites are first class in terms of User Experience and make sure that they continue to go beyond customer and business expectations.

- You will be working in a multi-channel and fast moving environment and will be expected to analyse, document, benchmark and propose solutions regarding Ecommerce implementations for large and complex business areas.

About you:

- You must have experience in delivering functional specifications and understanding technical requirements to convert them into initial wireframes.

- The analytical side of this position involves you analysing, scoping and documenting your work, creating robust and compelling project proposals to meet desired business outcomes

Criteria:

- Previous experience in a similar role (preferably within retail or financial services).

- The ability to collaborate with the business teams to understand project scope and vision.

- High attention to detail and a thorough approach to documenting complex business requirements.

- Ability to work within a fast paced environment handling multiple tasks at any one time.

- Experience producing functional specifications.

- Excellent time management skills.

- Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal.

- Experience Identifying risks and issues associated with the delivery of the project.

- Experience facilitating project change requests.

- Identifying Project Risks, Dependencies, Exclusions and Assumptions.

- Requirements analysis and documentation.
