We need an experienced Database Manager to ensure that our Raisers Edge database allows us to maximise our engagement of alumni, supporters and donors.

The Database Manager will lead the strategic development of our supporter database and as well as the database team, ensuring that our data is up to date and relevant, our processes are simple and effective, and providing support to our fundraising and supporter engagement teams.

The role will also oversee systems and processes allowing email marketing and web integration with our supporter database, as well as effective alignment with wider University systems. It will lead an effective training programme for users as well as managing the relationship with Blackbaud, who supply, host and provide technical support for the Raisers Edge platform. Finally developing effective reporting processes to meet user needs will be a key focus as well as ensuring our database supports the forthcoming changes in Data Protection legislation.
