Working within our Project Planning and Delivery directorate as Change Project Manager, you will manage a portfolio of projects that will influence and deliver a number of our change initiatives - including Building our Future Locations Programme, Business Expansion and Business as Usual/Lifecycle projects. Day-to-day you’ll have management responsibility of projects from Feasibility right through to Closure. That means you’ll be developing project plans and business cases, reviewing project spends and reporting on project performance. Ultimately we’ll be relying on you to ensure standards of quality, cost and time, and in doing so helping us do better for our customers everywhere.

Our transformation programme is large and complex, so we’re looking for someone who has relevant experience from working on similar projects. Alongside your background in Project or Programme Management, you’ll be a PRINCE 2 practitioner with the desire to work towards full accreditation for MAPM. We’d also expect you to have a willingness to gain knowledge and experience of the IT Change environment. Finally you’ll be a confident individual, prepared to make effective decisions and have the ability to engage with colleagues at all levels of the organisation.
