Who we are looking for

You’re a proactive, super skilled and multi talented professional, armed with a repertoire of knowledge of SharePoint 2013 and its technologies such as Active Directory, Office 365, JavaScript and Google Analytics.

A can doer with the get up and go attitude and experience in the creation, configuration and customisation of SharePoint data including managing Content, Web Parts, Site Templates, Metadata and Permissions.

You’re confident, calm and collected with an eagerness to learn and a readiness to take on new and additional responsibilities, including administrative and secretarial tasks using trusted tools and templates that you’ll swiftly apply to support your colleagues.

You love a challenge and are looking to make an impact in supporting the delivery of the Costa Way project.

A bit about the role

You’ll hit the ground running and take immediate ownership of representing the Costa Way project team to set up and manage the taxonomy and permissions across the webpages and files. You’ll establish SLAs with the Service Desk to resolve SharePoint related end user issues and queries, as well as managing the user accounts to maintain a secure environment.

You’ve been travelling this career path for a while now in roles with a similar flavour and are looking for an opportunity to join a dynamic brand and make a meaningful impact by ensuring our Franchise Partners can access all they need to know to set up, run and grow our brand.

You'll pick the right mode of communication to liaise with Microsoft Partner, internal IS functions and project teams to understand requirements and find solutions. You will do this by analysing and reporting upon SharePoint usage activity and trends, liaising with the Costa Way team and Subject Matter Experts to act upon insight.

As well as having relentless drive and yearning to support the team in delivering a global online toolkit, you will manage our existing online content management resource library to maintain effectiveness through the long-term transition period until the full migration onto the Sharepoint solution.
