The Launchpad methodology reverses the traditional model of business incubation as it builds new companies in response to specific known market demand. This approach significantly reduces the high failure rates associated with conventional start-up and business incubation and support models.

The Launchpad Technical Support Officer will support the Launchpad graduate teams in software/technical areas of development, providing intensive technical support and training to students as they develop the projects that will lead to the establishment of businesses.

You will be experienced in computer programming and be able use your knowledge to provide support provide a professional level of technical support, demonstration and supervision for the technical facilities, equipment and/or processes in the Launchpad work-space. This role will contribute critical input to the skills development of Launchpad students, including giving feedback and assessing competency.
