 Salary: (National) £29,535 - £32,817 - (London) £30,938 - £34,498 + £3,150 RRA

As the CPS Collaboration Webmaster you will be responsible for working alongside the DTS Solutions Development and Engagement Teams to implement maintain and develop collaborative cloud-based services and products including SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams and Microsoft Stream.

These are essential services which provide the CPS Intranet capability and enable collaborative working across all aspects of CPS business. As part of your role as Collaboration Webmaster you will be required to ensure compliance with internal policies; provide unified management, and provision end user service requests to ensure both a consistent user experience and adherence to information management principles.

Acting as a champion for Digital Technology Services (DTS), the webmaster will proactively undertake detailed analysis of usage data, end user requests for change and service interactions in order to identify improvement opportunities and encourage adoption across a range of solutions.

The successful candidate will need to have the following experience:

Working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment with a wide range of stakeholders.

Developing processes and procedures to support effective operation of content management and collaboration systems.

Managing information from creation, through its lifecycle to records centre or destruction

Experience in dealing with 3rd party suppliers and working with them to achieve results.
