This week we were delighted to launch #Represent, our new employee-led group on a mission to increase representation at all levels in our business by challenging exclusivity, barriers and bias, and encouraging new thinking. The group’s goals are simple – to ensure we reflect our communities and represent our customers/users, and ensure that if you have the talent and ability there is a place for you here at Moneysupermarket Group, no matter who you are, where you’re from or what your background is, because you can’t be what you can’t see. #BelongatMSMG #diversity #inclusive #Represent

Yesterday we launched the Moneysupermarket Group Female Leadership Forum. Over 50 women from across the Group spent the day learning not only from one another's experiences, but also from incredible award-winning author, speaker, leadership adviser and coach - Maxine Nwaneri - who facilitated the day. A highlight being the very open and moving panel discussion Maxine chaired with female members of our board and executive team. “It was an honour to be part of such a phenomenal initiative, and day in this amazing organisation. With so many people in Britain struggling due to higher costs of living, Moneysupermarket Group’s mission to help Brits save serious money is more needed than ever. Empowering and inspiring their brilliant female leaders to continue to play their part in that was deeply fulfilling, and fun! Thank you so much!" - Maxine Nwaneri. This event is the first of many designed to demonstrate our commitment to supporting women to excel in their career with confidence at Moneysupermarket Group and beyond. #BelongAtMSMG

This Debt Awareness Week StepChange Debt Charity is focussing on the barriers to getting debt advice. What better time to share some of the stories from the MoneySuperMarket Money Talks campaign. Launched this year in partnership with Campaign Against Living Miserably, this campaign is designed to break the taboo that stops people talking about money worries so they can get help and support sooner. Here's Milena Sanchez's story - Sunday Times best selling author and founder of the receipts podcast. Last week we welcomed non-profit Luminary Bakery into our London offices to host an 'eat and greet', combining the opportunity to try their delicious cakes with hearing more about this incredible organisation. Colleagues had the opportunity to hear from enormously passionate team members Chiarra Facco and Leonie Burns, who explained how the charity supports women who experience social and economic disadvantages. Find out more here - https://lnkd.in/efm3GsPV We also had the pleasure of LVL London Ltd founders Lori Powell and Louise Powell joining us to run two sessions exploring inclusion in the workplace and gender equality. The opportunity to hear their experiences and guidance, alongside having time to network with colleagues across our own organisation with their support was invaluable. #HelpingHouseholdsSave #iwd2024

🏢 This week in partnership with charity ReachOut, we welcomed year 8 and 9 girls from Lostock High School to our Manchester office for their first workplace experience event of the year. 🤝ReachOut work with children and young adults from disadvantaged backgrounds to support them in building their futures. The students spent the morning with us and our tech team, particularly some of the members of our women in tech community. 🌎We wanted to both inspire them and get them excited about the world of tech as an option. #IWD #Careers #HelpingHouseholdsSave
