This firm opened a fake account using my name and address and never notified me about this. When I asked who opened this account they stated they could not tell me or provide the email address that opened it. In addition they used an overseas bank to open the credit card and did not provide any information verifying my identity. When I asked them why they did this; through direct email correspondence with them they stated they would get back to me but they never did. This firm is completely a Fraudulent firm do not use them for anything.

It’s a really quick process and even though I was kind of disappointed around Christmas because I wasn’t able to get any more than I did, I also now realize that they do things the way they do for a reason. It costs a little extra to get money instantly deposited but all in all, it’s really quick and easy to do and they even keep track of your spending habits and whatever. I definitely recommend

I’ve Been with Cleo for sometime now and it’s been pretty good so far I just hope not to be over charged to much than what there charging. I’m very greatful for the little cash advance that I received wished it could more to help help pay a few bills comes handy but Cleo need to advance in minutes as promised and not have to wait 2 to 3 days that would be my only problem I have with Cleo but so far it’s pretty Good ✔️

This is for HASU. Dave and empower doesn't offer a credit builder card where you can increase your credit available daily!!!! 5 stars for cleo. I can bring my credit available as high as want to with my own deposits!!

I wish to thank Cleo for being totally legit. I have been in small financial punches before. Going blind online for “pick me up” advances was nightmarish at best. I stumbled upon Cleo through Facebook trying to throw 1 last Hail Mary pass before I said Fu%k it. Cleo caught the PA$$ and I’m grateful. Thanks buddy :)

I liked the app till I started asking questions. Then the truth came out. Avoidance is what they do all the keep asking if I’m going to close. What non customer service is this. Can you ask or elaborate on the other concerns. Seems like 200 people trying they claim and haven’t helped period. When do the answer once u go off line ! Then comment we here to help bs

Here's the thing...The fact that they only give $20 even though I have had this app for over 1.5 years, is probably doing me a favor. It keeps me from cannibalizing my paycheck if I need quick groceries, gas, etc... it's just nice...That being said. I would not sign up of any other options, because of the continuous system issues. BTW, can anyone shed some light as to what goes on after you " send screen shots and a message regarding your error"? What did they do for you?

I applied fir A 100$ advance which was immediately added to credit card that you cant use and cant access your money . i tried to withdraw the money but was only told to pay my bill which I exclaimed I did not receive the money so im probably not going to pay them

You can definitely use and access your funds on your CBC normally. You may have just run into an extra safety measure to insure its you using your card. I am happy I was able to be approved as a new member looking at the numbers my direct deposits are right on and close to $3000 to advance me $20 and a cleo member 6.99 and then the 3.99 to transfer to my account leaves me with nothing. That is very disappointing

Since I started using CLEO it has been easy and fast! If you are a few bucks short on a bill you need to pay, have an emergency come up and you need cash, or you just wanted a couple of extra dollars til payday, CLEO is the best choice!
You are going to borrow it anyway, so why not just use CLEO and make it easier on yourself? No family and friends hassling you and wanting to know why you need it. Where you are spending your money? Why you are broke. That is nobody's business! CLEO doesn't ask those types of questions, just how much do you need and when can you pay it back!

I got the app and at first was only paying the $5.99 monthly, then about a month ago I upgraded to the credit builder card but refuse to do direct deposit. Since then The advance amount keep getting lower and lower but was told I could get a higher advance if I set up the card. I think its a scam and I'm canceling my subscription.
