A great app. A few limitations but the full web app fills those gaps. I am a constant checker (daily) to see what is happening. Would be nice to see a last updated feature. It used to flash up, would be nice if a small strap line remained instead of flash. The direct debit area could use a little work. From memory it's not clear when it's due next or how to change the amount.

Big pita.Functionality in the app is limited. For instance, you cannot change your email or your linked bank account in it. The app does have a messaging system and a human assistant usually responds quickly during opening hours. But they don't seem to be able to do much, and for most queries invariably tell you to use parallel messaging system "Nutmail" instead, accessed via the online / Web interface not the app. Once logged into that you still have to input name etc, which they know already.

Good app. I use it to monitor progress and it's easy to use. Things I don't like are no access to nutmail via the app and every time there is an app update I get locked out of the app, then have to find or reset the password to get back in which is getting tiresome
