We're looking for people who can bring different perspectives to wargaming. So while you'll need relevant skills and experience, you'll also need to be naturally curious and inquisitive. As a real problem-solver, you'll thrive in complex situations and enjoy finding the right solution. All of this will be supported by a relevant degree and your hunger to continually learn. We'll also rely on your ability to communicate with a range of audiences and visualise data in a meaningful way.
