• We were co-founded by people who were frustrated by the hassle of managing their NHS prescriptions. From ordering a prescription to collecting their medicine, they knew there could be a better way. So since 2015, we’ve been building a different kind of pharmacy. A pharmacy that works with your GP, delivers for free, and reminds you to order and take your medicine. A pharmacy that makes your prescriptions painless.
• Online pharmacies can often seem like faceless websites. But we prefer the human touch. That’s why we prepare, pack and post your medicine by hand. And our Patient Care team is available to help you, 7 days a week. In 2019, we became part of the LloydsPharmacy family. Which means you can now order medicine to collect at your local LloydsPharmacy instead. So whether you want to see a pharmacist in person, or get your medicine delivered for free, we’re always here for you.
• Through our focus on helping NHS patients, we’ve forged a close relationship with the NHS. From providing NHS services to becoming a member of the NHS Innovation Accelerator, we’re proud to support our country’s health service.
