You create and innovate.
You safeguard our nation.
MI6 is the UK's foreign human intelligence agency. In our world, sophisticated technology and innovative techniques enable global covert operations. These strengthen our approach to gathering secret intelligence overseas. And our culture is where creativity, curiosity, insight and intuition are used to face ever-evolving challenges. To ensure we remain ahead of the game, we're looking for the country's brightest Project Managers.
The role
We’ve got an opportunity for you to join our world-class, forward-thinking and innovative team that’s committed to helping us work in a more efficient way. With a real passion for bringing about change, you’ll be responsible for delivering projects from conception through to operation.
You’ll work in an ever-evolving environment, translating business needs into credible, achievable plans. With your expertise, you’ll focus on creative ways of incorporating standards of performance, reliability and security. It’s about leading and inspiring multi-disciplinary teams to work across the whole project lifecycle. You won’t only be helping to protect the nation - you’ll also receive tailored training to foster your talents, and be encouraged to take advantage of a range of development opportunities.
About you
To join us, you’ll come with a successful track record as a Project Manager, with demonstrable experience of working on complex, large-scale improvement initiatives. An ambitious individual, you’ll have a range of project management qualifications, which will be supported by membership of a professional body, such as the APM or PMI. Thanks to this, you’ll have a thorough understanding of the project management lifecycle. And with outstanding communication skills, you'll build great working relationships and work seamlessly across the business.
