Excellent role for a Maintenance Engineer looking to work within a market leading company where you will undergo specialist training and progression into becoming a Maintenance Manager.

Are you a Maintenance Engineer, Fitter or Technician? Do you have a qualification in Electrical Engineering? Are you looking to build your career within a rapidly growing company?

This company are one of the largest logistics company in the world and they operate within a niche market place. This company are rapidly growing and have invested heavily in their production equipment. Due to this expansion they are looking for a Maintenance Engineer to join their expert team.

In this role you will be responsible for the planned and reactive maintenance of the production plant machinery based at their Andover site. An Electrical Engineering bias is preferred however you will receive training on both aspects.

This role would ideally suit a Maintenance Engineer with an Electrical qualification who is looking for specialist training, where you will progress into a Maintenance Manager.

The Role:

* Maintenance Engineer

* Planned and reactive maintenance of factory machinery

* 4 on 4 off (rotating shifts)

* £41,000 (£50k+ with overtime) + Training + Private Healthcare + Progression + Benefits

The Person:

* Maintenance Engineer, Fitter or technician

* Must have an Electrical qualification

* Is hungry for career development and progression to management

* Commutable distance of Andover, Hampshire
