Our client is now searching for a Semiconductor Qualification Engineer to be responsible for qualification and R&D of power modules. The role will involve conducting reliability testing and power cycling as well as generating qualification and reliability reports. Supporting the process team will also be an important part of the role.

Required skills for the Qualification Engineer include;

-Strong semiconductor reliability experience

-Packaging and thermal/mechanical simulation tool knowledge

-Power semiconductor knowledge desirable

-Excellent communication skills

-BSc Degree in Electrical Engineering/Physics or related discipline
