Software QA Engineer

£35,000 - £45,000 + benefits

Hampshire; Basingstoke, Fleet area

An opportunity for a skilled QA Engineer / Software Test Engineer to join a market leading technology company developing award winning software, systems and products.

The QA Engineer / Developer in Test role is a key part in the company's product development process. The role will be a senior level within an established team and will include designing and writing Automated tests, Performance testing and Mobile testing, when required.

The ideal candidate will also have the ability to lead projects and implement best practice and act as the QA Lead in SCRUM meetings.

Required Technical Skills:

* Minimum 3+ years of software testing experience

* Experience working in an Agile / SCRUM development environment

* Experience with Automation testing is essential (Selenium Webdriver)

* Extensive Web based testing experience

* Familiarity with programming languages like; Java, Ruby, C# (OOP)

* Familiarity with development practices like Unit Testing, Junit, TDD.

* Excellent communication skills

Desirable skills:

* Performance testing

* Specflow

* Mobile testing; iOS, Android, Appium
