I am delighted to be assisting my client, a FinTech start-up company, in their search for a Compliance Manager to be based in Camberley, Surrey.

This is a very exciting time for the company, as they begin a period of extreme growth, they are looking for experienced talent to enable the company to reach its vision of success.

You will report to the Head of Risk and Compliance, and be the very first person to own the Compliance function within the company. As the team grows, you will see opportunities arise in order to grow and develop in your career.

He success of this role will be measured on the following;

oDesign, implementation and delivery of the Compliance Monitoring Plan

oSupport of the 1st line risk identification and management

oCompliance Monitoring for broker due diligence and file reviews

oPlan, establish & maintain the business quality management system

oProvide Regulatory guidance to the business

Your role will be extremely varied and involve elements of Planning, Innovation, Creativity, Governance, Teamworking , Risk Management and TCF.

In order to be successful for this role, you will need a minimum of

*CeMap / Compliance related Diploma

*Clean driving licence

*Integrity & honesty

*Proven track record of success

*A minimum of 2 years' Compliance experience within Mortgages.

*Experience of Broker Due Diligence and File Reviews.

*A working knowledge of assisting in the development of the annual monitoring plan.

You will need to have a confident manner, and have strong stakeholder management skills. You will be naturally analytical and have Financial dexterity. You must be creative and have a good eye for detail. You must be comfortable with working on your own initiative, but also enjoy working collaboratively as part of a team.
