ITSM Consultant - ITIL, DevOps, Digital, Agile Environments

A fast growing ITSM solution and operations provider is looking for Digital ITSM Consultants / Service Delivery Consultants with solid ITIL knowledge to help them design and deliver "best in class" service management solutions to a range of high profile clients and their Digital environments. They have developed a substantial reputation with their clients by having the ability to operate at all stages of the ITSM lifecycle including strategy, implementation and operations. They will work with your strengths but also give you the support and training to work in new areas so your role will be engaging and varied. They are open to seeing candidates with a range of tools from different ITSM vendors.

My client is looking for candidates with Transformation experience as opposed to Transition as one large area of demand currently is for ITSM consultants working with clients to help bed down service management in an Agile / DevOps world.

You must be willing to work anywhere in the UK for varied lengths of time and with clients from any types of domain.

Keys Skills as an ITSM Consultant / Service Delivery Consultant

* Excellent customer facing or consultancy skills

* Solid ITIL knowledge - ideally ITIL Expert or ITIL Manager certified

* Experience of practising across the ITSM lifecycle but can offer training in unfamiliar areas

* Experience in a strategic or senior management role

* Implementing Process improvement

* Project management

* Requirement gathering

* Excellent communications - written, communicating ideas, presentations

* Understanding of Change within large scale organisations

Desirable skills

* PRINCE 2 practitioner

* ITIL Maturity Assessments

* ISO Certified

* Agile / Lean Methods / COBIT / SFIA / Six Sigma
