A thriving Medical Education and Medical Compliance agency in Buckinghamshire are looking for Physicians or UK Registered Pharmacists to join them as their Compliance Director on a permanent basis.

Are you currently working on copy approval or final signatory on Pharmaceutical products? Do you currently provide compliance for national and international codes? (ABPI and EFPIA) If so, then you could be the Compliance Director that we've been looking for.

What will you be doing?

As a Compliance Director, you will support the senior management team with new business development opportunities, developing services and liaising with current and potential clients. You'll deal with the operational management of the compliance team, recruiting suitably qualified personnel into the team, overseeing training and ensuring ongoing development.

In addition to this, you will act as the nominated Final Signatory for a range of our Pharmaceutical client materials, ensuring compliance with national and international codes of practice, as well as the internal policies of clients.

Who will you report to?

You will report directly to the Managing Director / Medical Director of the company.

What skills/experience should you have?

* Qualified physician or UK registered pharmacist

* Track record of working on copy approval as both a technical reviewer and nominated final signatory

Although not an essential requirement for the role, if you can display experience of working within the pharmaceutical industry, we want to hear from you.
