UX Designer:

A superb opportunity has arisen for a UX Designer for a leading bank based in the city of London. This bank are currently putting user experience as its main focus as they build and improve their digital business.

This UX Designer would be joining a team of 6 in London and will work with teams across New York and Bangalore. This team acts as an in-house consultancy across all arms of the bank, conducting research through interviews, observations and user surveys. The successful candidate will have previous experience using Illustrator, Axure, Sketch and InVision in order to provide innovative graphical design for the banks products. In this role you will also;

* Work across all digital channels in the bank to provide strategic direction on all UX Design, ensuring user requirements are understood and delivered in a truly customer centric fashion.

* Work closely with the banks customers to gain an understanding of requirements and motivations.

* Increase product and brand engagement through high quality customer experience through UX Design.

* Manage the full-lifecycle of UX Design across multi banking product streams ensuring a customer focused approach.

This is a superb opportunity for anyone who has a passion for UX research and Design. This role is critical to the bank and will allow you to have a real sense of autonomy. As you will be working with clients across all levels you must possess strong communication skills both verbal and written. As a UX Designer you will be expected to liaise with developers and communicate user requirements while having an understanding of the development process.
