Fantastic opportunity for a Lead Developer with Microsoft Full Stack exp to join a growing digital agency. They seek a Lead Developer with strong commercial full stack & C# exp to Lead their Development team. You will have an active interest in the technologies / tools you use, a passion for technology, the experience & skills to Lead and inspire this team. This job will suit a Senior / Lead Developer looking to take their career to the next level, whilst remaining very "hands on". I am looking for someone who has strong technical knowledge, confidence, enthusiasm & natural Leading ability. The Lead Developer job will suit someone who has;

* Very active & up to date Technical Knowledge

* Strong Full stack coding - C#, ASP.NET, JavaScript

* Exp across the full SDLC

* SQL Database exp

* Cross browser exp

* Worked with Design, UI & UX teams collaboratively in an Agile environment

* Client facing exp - desirable

* Exp in a Senior / Mentoring / Leading role

* Excellent problem solving skills, calm approach, pragmatic, hardworking, flexible & good attention to detail
