We are seeking an Information Security Analyst to join a reputable and market-leading Financial Services company based in Potters Bar, Hertfordshire.

The Information Security Analyst will be a key player in covering multiple sites across the UK and Europe from an InfoSec perspective, and in turn help towards the growth of this specialist team.

Information Security Analyst responsibilities:

* Ensure that Information Security products, policies, possesses, procedures and practices are adhered to across all relevant business units

* Work closely with various I.S operational and application areas

* Manage security risks and threats

* Develop / maintain security policies and standards

* Actively promote security awareness and best-practice across the business

* Track and report on system security issues

* Work in an autonomous role with a great level of self-motivation and organisation

Skills and experience needed for the Information Security Analyst:

* Excellent experience within Information Security

* A background in either IT support or application programming

* Knowledge and understanding of risk analysis concepts

* Certified in (or at least working towards) one of the following: CISSP, CRISC, CGEIT, CISA, CISM

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - able to discuss technical issues with both tech and non-tech staff

Salary: £38k - £50k (depending one experience) + great benefits
